Our mobile fleet — including an ice cream trailer, truck, and bike — brings our premium hard ice cream, sherbet, and sorbet straight to your event, along with refreshing beverages, mini donuts, and seasonal treats. Hosting something smaller? Our rentable cooler kits have you covered. Big or small, we’re ready to serve events of any size.
Mobile Option Booking Requirements

The full Cookie’s experience, on the move. Enjoy our biggest selection of ice cream flavours and menu options with our trailer.
- Our full-service offering. We can scoop 10 flavours at a time, but have room for 8 additional flavours that we can rotate in. Depending on the size and duration of the event we can bring a back stock freezer capable of holding 16 additional tubs that we can rotate in.
- We can serve hot and cold beverages, mini donuts, candy bags, and ice cream sandwiches.
- Minimum 2 hr booking.
- Minimum $1,000 spend.
- $500 deposit to reserve the date to be applied to total spend.
- Sales are tracked during the event and any additional amount above the $1000 minimum will be invoiced to host with a sales report.
- The trailer is best suited for events with approximately 150+ people.
- We require a minimum footprint of 10 ft deep, 20 ft wide and 9 ft tall.
When you want to go big…just not too big.
- We can scoop 6 flavours at a time, but have room for 4 additional flavours that we can rotate in. We can also serve cold drinks, floats, and ice cream sandwiches.
- Minimum 2 hr booking.
- Minimum $750 spend.
- $375 deposit to reserve the date to be applied to total spend.
- Sales are tracked during the event and any additional amount above the $750 minimum will be invoiced to host with a sales report.
- The truck is best suited for events with approximately 100+ people.
- We require a minimum footprint of 8 ft deep, 15 ft wide and 9 ft tall.
For smaller parties, but a Cookie’s party! Great for smaller gatherings with family and friends indoors or out.
- Minimum 1 hr booking.
- Minimum $500 spend.
- $250 deposit to reserve the date to be applied to total spend.
- Sales are tracked during the event and any additional amount above the $200 minimum will be invoiced to host with a sales report.
- The bike is best suited for events with approximately 50+ people.
- We can provide any flavour in ice cream cups with lids as well as our own ice cream sandwiches. We do not serve drinks or other treats with the bike.
- We require a minimum footprint of 6 ft deep, 8 ft wide and 7 ft tall
- Comes with cones, cups, sprinkles, spoons and napkins.
- Minimum $100 spend.
- $200 refundable cooler deposit to reserve the date and cover cost of cooler if broken or lost.
- Cooler must be returned within 48 hours.
- The cooler option is best suited for events with approximately 15+ people.
FAQ
We offer a selection of our premium ice cream, along with sherbet and vegan sorbet. Vegan ice cream from Nora’s is also available upon request with at least two weeks’ notice.
We can offer Pop Shoppe sodas, Cabana Lemonades, FloS water, Oasis Apple and Orange Juice and Stak’s Cold Brew. We can also serve our hot chocolate and L’Aroma’s drip coffee upon request.
We do our best to be inclusive and thoughtful in both the variety of ice creams we offer and the way we serve them. That said, we want to be transparent that there is always a risk of cross-contamination.
All of our ice cream flavour cards clearly list potential allergens. We typically carry a vegan option and use a dedicated scoop for non-dairy selections to help reduce the risk of allergen exposure.
To support those with nut allergies, we do not serve any ice cream that contains nuts from our mobile trucks or trailers. However, because our products may come into contact with trace amounts of allergens—such as nuts—during production, transport, or storage, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
We encourage individuals with allergies to carefully assess their own level of risk before choosing to enjoy our products.

We require a minimum of 2 weeks notice, but our summer season fills up fast, especially holiday weekends. Make sure to reach out as soon as you can!
Not much! We like to arrive 30 minutes beforehand, so please ensure there is access and space for us to park at this time. If you have choosen the trailer option, it is towed by a pick-up truck so there needs to be space to unhook and drive the pickup truck away.
If you have access to a city water connection and/or access to 15 amp power that is helpful, but by no means required.
