Cookie’s Ice Cream is now mobile, serving our premium hard ice cream, sherbet, and sorbet alongside a variety of beverages, mini donuts, and other seasonal treats.
Ice Cream Trailer Booking Requirements
- Minimum 2 hr booking
- Minimum $1,000 spend
- $500 deposit to reserve the date to be applied to total spend
- Sales are tracked during the event and any additional amount above the $1000 minimum will be invoiced to host with a sales report.
- The trailer is best suited for events with approximately 150+ people
- We require a minimum footprint of 10 ft deep, 20 ft wide and 9 ft tall
We serve a selection of our premium ice cream as well as sherbert and a selection of vegan sorbet. Vegan ice cream from Nora’s can be scooped upon request and with more than 3 weeks notice.
We can scoop 8 flavours at a time but have room for 7 additional flavours that we can rotate in. Depending on the size and duration of the event we can bring a backstock freezer capable of holding 16 additional tubs that we can rotate in.
We offer Boylan’s soda, Cabana Lemonade, Flow water, Apple and Orange Juice and Stumptown Cold Brew. We can also serve our Hot Chocolate and Drip Coffee upon request.
We require a footprint of 12 ft deep, 20 ft wide and 9 ft tall in a permitted area where we will not face any parking bylaw enforcement.
If 15 amp power and a city water connection are available that is a bonus but by no means required as we can be fully self-sufficient for a 10 hour event.
